You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The products we sell are digital goods and cannot be "returned", so your entitlement to a refund is designed with this in mind.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you purchased the product or service.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by e-mail [email protected]

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.

Before you ask for a refund

If you have purchased a product or service from us and are experiencing a technical issue, we recommend contacting us for assistance. We will do our best to troubleshoot the problem and help you resolve it.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product or service was purchased in the last 30 days
  • You have not accessed or downloaded any files associated with the product or service.

Please note that we do not offer refunds if you have downloaded any files from our Service, as we consider the download to be a use of our Service. We also do not offer refunds for any other reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Service or technical issues that may arise.

We are not obliged to give policy refunds in any of the situations listed below.

  • You don't want it after you've downloaded it
  • The item did not meet your expectations or you feel the item is of low quality
  • You simply change your mind
  • You bought it by mistake
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item
  • You claim that you are entitled to a refund but do not provide sufficient information as to why you are entitled to a refund
  • You can no longer access the item because it has been discontinued. (we advise you to download products as soon as you have purchased them to avoid this situation).
